Weekly demos of working software, not slides. Tests gate every ship. AI features get an evaluation set before they get a UI. You see the repo the whole way.

Ship and run
Launch, handover and documentation your team can actually use. Then monthly iteration if you want us to stay, or a clean exit if you do not.
